Solara Muskogee is a long-term acute care hospital with 41 private rooms, including a 6 bed ICU.

Solara provides care to patients in need of a longer hospital stay due to multiple, complex medical conditions requiring specialized and intense care.

Treatment may start at a short term acute care hospital and then continue at this hospital. Solara’s programs include and provide care for patients needing pulmonary and or ventilation weaning, wound care management, and medically complex patients requiring intensive nursing care due to multi-system failure.

Three Rivers Health Center offers services to men, women and children as well as a variety of outpatient medical services, including family medicine, podiatry, physical therapy, radiology, behavioral health services, optometry, laboratory and diagnostic services, and a drive-through pharmacy.
